Oonagh Kelly is a Human Resources executive, with experience leading talent and organization effectiveness, as well as business partner functions in European, U.S. and international contexts. Currently, the Head of Human Resources for New Ireland Assurance, Oonagh is well versed in the challenges and opportunities that employees face in a variety of business climates.
