Rethinking Possibility with Nina Vaca

This week I had the opportunity to connect with Nina Vaca, the CEO of Pinnacle Group. A trailblazing entrepreneur, Nina founded Pinnacle Group in 1996, and has served as its Chairman and CEO for over two decades. In that time she's become a mother of four, and has taken her company from a one-woman IT staffing firm to a company that has expanded to provide services around the world. Her company has been included on the Inc 500/5000 list of fastest-growing companies 13 times. And Nina has been recognized with numerous awards over the years including 'ALPFA, 50 Most Powerful Latinas', 'Hispanic Women's Network of Texas Trailblazer of the Year', 'Goldman Sachs, Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs', and the 'Ernst & Young, Entrepreneur of the Year/Hall of Fame Inductee', to name just a few.
